Our client, a technology firm, is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage their recruitment process.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from candidate assessments to interviews and offer management.
- Collaborate with management and business unit heads to define recruitment requirements.
- Source talents using creative methods, including targeting passive candidates across various platforms.
- Oversee the recruiting pipeline, assess resource needs, and monitor recruitment status.
- Drive public relations and corporate branding efforts related to global recruitment.
- Provide support with other HR tasks as required.
