• Job Description

  Our client is a Japanese company specialising in the engines and turbines industry. They are seeking an independent and proactive Sales Executive to develop new business and maintain existing clients.
  
  Reporting to: Manager/Managing Director
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Support sales of spare parts for the company's products, including Engines, Z-Pellers, Clutches, and Remote Controls.
  - Manage inventory of spare parts to ensure availability.
  - Oversee the shipment and delivery of spare parts.
  - Receive inquiries and prepare quotations.
  - Process customer orders by placing orders with IPS.
  - Track order status and coordinate timely delivery.
  - Assist and communicate with customers and IPS regarding troubleshooting of Niigata equipment.
  - Conduct customer visits at least twice a year.
  - Gather customer feedback and maintenance plans, sharing insights with the sales team.
  - Follow up on customer payments to maintain proper accounts receivable (AR).
  - Ensure efficient sales operations and on-time delivery of parts.
