Job Description
Our Client is a specialist retail consultancy with end-to-end integrated solutions for retail professionals and retail clients. They are currently looking for an Assistant Manager, Talent Success & HR Ops.
【Responsibilities】
Talent Success (60%)
- Support in data mining, getting leads, identifying opportunities and recommending services to meet client’s needs
- Generate and develop new clients by making cold calls/and generating leads independently (F2F visit or phone), professional networking
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Identifying key decision makers and leveraging opportunities to promote and cross-sell our services
- Negotiate agreement terms with clients to fulfil the company’s objectives and sales goals
- Sharing market insights and tabulating monthly sales reports with the team
- Work in conjunction with other Talent Consultants and Training Team
- Able to support sales presentations and build good relationships with Clients and Talents
- Support event planning, meeting strict deadlines and budget demands
- Support collaborations and partnerships with schools, external vendors, suppliers etc.
HR Administration (40%)
- Provide support on the full spectrum of HR activities for field teams such as:
- Collating timesheets from Part-Time Staff and tabulating the hours accordingly and compliance with statutory requirements including CPF, Maternity Claims, Childcare Claims, NS Claims and Tax Filing
- Liaise closely with clients in all HR-related matters
- Prepare payroll summary for submission for payroll processing
- Onboarding and Offboarding for all new joiners
- Administer HR-related process which includes preparation of employment contracts, application and renewal of work passes for staff, confirmation of employees, administration of leaves etc.
- Updating and maintaining Employee Handbook, Safety Measurements SOP etc.
- Keep up to date on government grants, HR systems etc. and propose according to business needs
- Source and co-ordinate training courses, application of SDF fundings, update and maintain training records
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of any personal and sensitive date
- Any other HR-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Requirement

(Must)
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Recruitment Sales and HR
- CEI License
- Strategic and analytical thinker with strong team collaboration skills
- Results-oriented and sales-driven, with the ability to handle challenges effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Capable of working independently while contributing effectively to a teamEnglish Level
