• Job Description

  Our Client is a specialist retail consultancy with end-to-end integrated solutions for retail professionals and retail clients. They are currently looking for a Talent Management Executive.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Support in data mining, getting leads, identifying opportunities, and recommending services to meet client’s needs
  - Updating of the candidate’s database into the CRM system
  - Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment status reports
  - Assist with the posting of job advertisements via various job platforms
  - Support collaborations and partnerships with government agencies, schools, external vendors, suppliers etc.
  - Generate and develop new clients through professional networking and arranging appointments
  - Identify and maintain potential talent base from schools, communities, social media etc
  - Collaborate with client’s hiring managers, HR business partners, and business leaders to understand their requirements etc
  - Participate in Retail Talent Community events and activities to engage and provide a sharing, learning, and networking platform for the retail fashion and beauty industry
  - Prepare and present monthly functional updates, internal reports, and MOM reports
  - Design social media campaigns and content marketing strategies to achieve business goals, not limited to budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
  - Produce high-quality and engaging content (including editing, proofreading, and improving the content) for Recruitment
