  • Job Description

    Our client is a Japanese IT consulting firm, and currently hiring a Data Migration Lead (Banking Sector) for their business expansion in the APAC market.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Coordinate data migration activities between Business Analysts (BA), Data Analysts (DA), IT, and Business teams across all branches.
    - Establish a data migration framework and ensure alignment with the target operating model (TOM) requirements.
    Identify and roll out tools for use by the data migration team.
    - Develop and implement a project reporting framework to track status and progress.
    - Create transparency in the migration process and conduct risk assessments.
    - Lead the data migration governance framework, reviewing and approving key decisions.
    - Report directly to the Project Manager for updates to the steering committee.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirement & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
    - Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), including all phases
    - At least 5 years of experience in Business requirement gathering and definition.
    - At least 5 years of Banking industry experience, with knowledge of bank products such as Deposits, Loans, Remittances, Trade, Treasury, etc.
    - Possess 5 years of project management experience with a minimum of 1 year of data analysis experience.
    - Systematic knowledge of ITSM (e.g., ITIL).
    - Experience with client engagement and team management.
