    Our client is a Japanese IT consulting firm, and currently hiring a Maintenance Support Service Delivery Manager.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Manage business operation automation and maintenance for End-User Computing (EUC) applications, primarily developed with Microsoft Access, including forms, queries, modules, tables, reports, and macros.
    - Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for EUC maintenance and related projects, from requirements gathering to go-live.
    - Handle tasks involving SSIS, stored procedures, PowerShell scripts, SQL Server, and general database technologies on Windows Server.
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.
    - Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams to support seamless project execution.
    - Communicate proactively with stakeholders to simplify complex technical situations for non-IT end users.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirement & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Bachelor’s Degree in any field
    - 8–10 years of experience in a similar Service Delivery Manager role
    - Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese (minimum JLPT N1) to liaise effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and clients
    - Experience working in a banking IT environment with hands-on programming knowledge, preferably in Microsoft Access VBA (forms, queries, modules, tables, reports, macros)
    - Proven experience in managing the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to go-live, using any programming language
    - Proficiency in SQL Server, SSIS, stored procedures, PowerShell scripts, and general database technologies on Windows Server
    - Strong ability to convey complex technical information in a clear, user-friendly manner to non-IT stakeholders
    - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and propose continuous improvements for maintenance services
    - Excellent team collaboration skills with the ability to manage both individual tasks and lead a team effectively
