• Job Description

  Our client, a Japanese-listed building developer, is seeking a Manager, Building Services to oversee the operations and maintenance of building systems, ensuring efficient functioning and a high standard of service across their retail property.
  
  This position reports to the Senior Manager (Building Services & M&E Services).
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Oversee day-to-day shopping center operations and cultivate strong relationships with tenants, contractors, Department Store, and superior landlords.
  - Coordinate and supervise tenant renovation and reinstatement works.
  - Manage submission processes to relevant authorities and superior landlords.
  - Lead mall reconfiguration and Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) projects.
  - Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
  - Supervise contractors involved in retail center operations and maintenance.
  - Assess and review performance of service contractors.
  - Ensure timely execution of repair and maintenance tasks.
  - Handle emergencies, including evacuation procedures and reporting to authorities.
  - Prepare and propose the department’s annual budget, covering operating and capital expenditures.
  - Perform any additional duties as assigned by the company.
