  • Job Description

    Our client, a Japanese multi-disciplinary interior design firm with a global presence across Asia, Europe, and the United States, is seeking a Senior Project Executive to join their team.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Handle office design & build projects, monitoring project planning and scheduling for interior design, tendering, and interior fit-out coordination.
    - Liaise with clients on keeping track and controlling schedules of cost, time and quality.
    - Liaise with sub-contractors for follow-up of drawings, submission, completion letter, delivery process etc.
    - Perform and monitor budgeting and expenditure control management.
    - Manage site operation, coordination & safety meeting.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    (Must)
    - Minimum Diploma in any field with 2 years of relevant working experience in renovation project management
    - Knowledge of architectural/ interior design drawings
    - Possess good interpersonal communication & analytical skills to communicate with people of different levels
    - Ability to multi-task and adhere to project timelines

    (Advantageous)
    -Experience working with Japanese clients
    -Ability to join within 1 month or earlier
