• Job Description

  Our client, a Japanese mechanical and electrical engineering company, specializes in indoor wiring and power transmission line construction, as well as the installation of air conditioning, water supply, and sewage systems for buildings and plants. They are looking for a 2 headcount for a Project Manager with strong experience in Data Centre projects.
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Manage the project from tender to completion
  - Lead a team of approximately 10-15 members (including Engineers, Supervisors, Safety Coordinators, a Drawing Manager, and Drafters) to complete the project timeline and deadline
  - Review, oversee, and ensure the accuracy of drawing submissions
  - Manage the documentation and approval process for materials
  - Supervise subcontractors and coordinate their activities.
  - Plan and sequence work to ensure efficient project execution.
  - Liaise with clients, owners, and consultants to align on project requirements and schedules.
  - Proactively resolve project-related issues as they arise.
  - Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality and staying within budget.
  - Implement cost control measures, manage expenses, and oversee cash flow.
  - Handle any additional responsibilities necessary to successfully complete the project within the allocated time and budget.
