Job Description
Our Client is a leading global semiconductor company. They are looking for an HR & Admin Junior Specialist to join their team.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Submit CPF contributions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Review and validate employee expense claims.
- Maintain and update the employee database, including tracking annual leave and benefits.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage the renewal of company and employee annual insurance policies.
- Assist with the submission of the yearly IR8A form.
- Support Work Pass applications and renewals (EP/S Pass/Work Permit), an added advantage.
- Knowledge of withholding tax would be advantageous.
- Provide support for other HR and administrative duties as required.

Requirement
【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Admin, or similar
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing, HR administration in Singapore
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and payroll software.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations, CPF submissions, and employment laws in Singapore.
- Ability to join within 1 month or shorter notice is required
(Advantageous)
- Experience in a Semiconductor/Electrical components company would be a plus!
- Experience working in a Korean company would be idealEnglish Level
