  • Job Description

    Our client, a Japanese importer of foodstuffs, supplies a wide range of products to retailers and restaurants across Singapore. They are currently seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to join their team.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
    - Implementing operational policies and procedures
    - Implementing and overseeing security operations
    - Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
    - Ensuring the safety of staff
    - Motivating and disciplining staff
    - Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities
    - Acting as a safety officer for the Company
    - Assisting with deliveries where required
    - Performing any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    （Must）
    - Bachelor's degree
    - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
    - Strong understanding of warehouse processes and related IT systems (e.g., internal company systems)
    - Valid driving license

    （Advantageous）
    - Excellent communication skills
    - Forklift license will be an added advantage
