  • Job Description

    Our client, a Japanese company specializing in import and export, is currently seeking a Human Resource Administrator to join their team.

    【What you will be working on】
    - Assist in the timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll processing, including CPF contributions.
    - Support the preparation of income tax-related documents and issues.
    - Support in compiling the annual performance appraisal exercise.
    - Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
    - Process internal and external claims.
    - Contribute to budgeting activities and update budgeting reports.
    - Maintain the Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
    - Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    <Must>
    - Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a related field
    - Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and Administration, with a strong focus on payroll functions and income tax matters( If your have the required working experience in payroll and income tax, less than 3 years is also considerable.)
    - Cheerful and pleasant demeanour with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and preferably some exposure to SAP systems
    - Solid understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices
    - Meticulous and numerically inclined, with strong analytical abilities
    - A team player with a strong sense of responsibility

    <Advantageous>
    - Familiarity with BIPO HRMS
    - Experience working in HR for companies with over 100 employees is a significant advantage
    - Resourceful, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
