  • Job Description

    Our client, a leading private equity firm, is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Analyst to join their dynamic team.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Originate investment opportunities in major ASEAN markets and collaborate with the investment team at the Japan HQ to structure and execute deals.
    - Prepare internal investment committee papers and external marketing materials (e.g., investment teasers, memoranda) to attract co-investor interest.
    - Develop and analyze valuation models (DCF, comparable company analysis) to assess entry pricing.
    - Monitor and manage post-investment activities for portfolio companies.
    - Engage regularly with internal teams in Singapore and Japan, as well as external parties, including potential buyers for deal exits, co-investors, and investor relations for current and prospective investors/clients.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    <Must>
    - 5 to 8 years of experience in private equity, major investment banks, or Big 4 firms, with a strong track record in deal execution
    - Expertise in financial statement analysis, valuation modelling, accounting, and a deep understanding of alternative investments
    - Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment
    - Flexibility to handle diverse responsibilities, including administrative tasks, in a lean team structure
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
