• Job Description

  Our client, a renowned telecommunications company based in Japan, specializes in providing customized global and local communication solutions tailored to each region's unique needs. They are currently seeking a Postsales IT Engineer to support and enhance their service delivery.
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  
  Network Project Delivery:
  - Implement and manage network infrastructure projects, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, PC setup, and wireless solutions.
  - Lead the full project lifecycle, from initial design to successful deployment and handover.
  
  Network Design & Development:
  - Design, develop, and implement robust network solutions tailored to client requirements.
  - Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
  - Prepare detailed project documentation, including design specifications and completion reports.
  
  Technical Requirements Gathering:
  - Collaborate with clients to gather technical requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
  - Develop high-level and low-level designs, implementation strategies, and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.
  
  Hardware & Software Setup:
  - Take primary responsibility for PC setup and configuration.
  - Based on client needs, implement and configure various network products, including Fortigate, Juniper, Ruckus, and Palo Alto.
  
  Vendor & Supplier Collaboration:
  - Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  - Coordinate with principals to obtain necessary resources and support.
  
  Project Management:
  - Take on project management responsibilities, including creating work breakdown structures (WBS), maintaining issue management lists, and recording meeting minutes.
  - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  
  Maintenance Support:
  - Provide support to the maintenance team in performing corrective maintenance as needed.
  - Act as a technical expert to resolve complex network issues and ensure seamless operation.
