  • Job Description

    Our client is a company that provides services in the semiconductor field. The role of an HR & Admin officer is to be responsible for HR and administrative duties.

    【Responsibilities】

    [40% HR & 60% Admin]

    - Prepare paperwork, scheduling and facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding process
    - Perform full payroll process and make necessary tax filings promptly
    - Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and other relevant policies, schemes, etc.
    - Assist in swift updates of the personnel database, and any other related information within the internal HR system
    - Greet office visitors, and oversee telephone services, email correspondence, mail distribution
    - Ensure timely payment and manage the budget for any office-related expenses
    - Provide a professional level of guidance and HR advisory service to employees about the absence and welfare benefits, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
    - Assist in ensuring legal compliance with regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies or procedures as required
    - Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    <Must>
    - Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
    - At least 3 years of experience in HR and Administrative work in the Manufacturing, Distribution, or Semiconductor industry
    - Problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies in Singapore
    - Advanced knowledge of MS Office, SAP ERP (or possesses the proficiency and ability to learn internal HRIS / technical systems)

    <Advantageous>
    - Experience working in a Korean company would be a plus
    - Experience in payroll and tax clearance is advantageous
    - Problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies in Singapore
    - Advanced knowledge of MS Office, SAP ERP (or possesses the proficiency and ability to learn internal HRIS / technical systems)
