  • Job Description

    Our client, an established global trading firm, is seeking qualified applicants for a Senior HR Coordinator. The incumbent is responsible for overseeing all logistics and administrative activities on training activities and needs to continuously seek for improvement on internal procedures and processes.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Provide guidance on mobility policies, resolve employee queries elated to mobility processes and benefits entitlement, and act as a backup liaison between employees, internal departments to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
    - Coordinate international relocation processes, including work pass applications, accommodation arrangements while ensuring compliance with tax and mobility policies.
    - Prepare and maintain reports on mobility cases, key metrics and salary data for assignment calculation while handling income tax reporting and compliance for inbound and outbound employees.
    - Handle data entry, record maintenance, and documentation throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, offboarding and providing administration support for relocation process of inbound and outbound employees.
    - Coordinate with vendors for payroll processing, validate reports, and manage income tax, tax provisions, bonus provisions, and payroll entries.
    - Support insurance and benefits administration, wellness programs, and the preparation of reports, including government related surveys.
    - Support mobility and remuneration teams on any HR initiatives and activities.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    (Must)
    - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
    - 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or coordination role
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.

    (Preference)
    - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    - High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    - Fundamental knowledge in Compensation and Benefits is preferred.
    - Familiarity with international mobility or relocation processes is advantageous.
    - Strong analytical skills preferred.
