    Our client, a distributor of marine and navigational equipment, is seeking a motivated Technical Sales Executive to join their dynamic team.

    【Responsibilities】

    - Respond to customers’ enquiries, review project specifications, prepare quotations, submit and follow up with customers to secure sales.
    - Provide pre-sales and technical support to customers, ensuring their needs are met.
    - Conduct technical meetings with customers to address project requirements and solutions.
    - Visit customers based in Singapore and overseas for sales support, technical issue resolution, and relationship building.
    - Increase, develop and maintain new and existing customer base.
    - Update on competitors’ movement and market development.
    - Monitor customers’ payments and ensure all overdue payments are recovered.
    - All other ad-hoc tasks being assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirement & Preference】

    (Must)
    - A minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering with 2–4 years of relevant experience in the shipyard, ship owner, ship management, or marine-related industry.
    - Proficiency in Japanese (minimum JLPT N2) in speaking, listening, and writing to effectively communicate with the Japan Head Office.
    - Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
    - Willingness to travel abroad to meet customers and resolve technical issues.

    - Demonstrates a positive attitude, self-motivation, and a friendly demeanour, with strong multitasking abilities..
