Our client, a prominent Japanese trading firm, is currently seeking a General Affairs & HR Assistant Manager (Japanese Speaking). This position reports to the Head of the General Affairs & HR Department (ADM).【 Responsibilities 】- Facilitate a smooth relocation process for Japanese expatriates, including visa support, bank account setup, and housing arrangements (service apartments).- Conduct onboarding and offboarding orientations for employees.- Assist Japanese expatriates with employee benefits arrangements, such as education allowances, medical expenses, housing allowances, and memberships.- Coordinate billing with Tokyo HQ for JAS fees, trainee fees, and related expenses.- Manage corporate golf memberships, including applications, transfers, and cancellations for subsidiary companies.- Update and maintain HR-related data, including headcount reports, mailing lists, organization charts, and contact lists.- Research housing rental trends to negotiate allowances with Tokyo HQ.- Maintain relationships and negotiate corporate rates with service apartment vendors.- Organize VIP visits and coordinate meetings and gatherings for Japanese expatriates.- Conduct crisis management simulation exercises for subsidiary companies.- Manage documentation for corporate ACRA filings and updates.- Act as Personal Assistant to the General Manager (GM) or Acting GM in their absence.- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Our client, a Singapore-based reinsurance company operating across Asia, seeks a Technical Accounting & Claims Executive to support and enhance regional business activities. This role reports to the Technical Accounting & Claims Manager.【 What you will be doing 】- Effectively and efficiently handle a Treaty technical reinsurance accounting and claims portfolio - Keying and checking of quarterly statements of accounts, including completion of accounts, reserves, and various calculations (Sliding, Profit commissions, portfolios, cash calls, etc) - Follow up with cedant/broker on outstanding statements of accounts, premium adjustments, and bulk reserve - Monitor unreleased cash calls and follow up with cedant and broker promptly - Support team members to meet the monthly close-off - Ensure timely and accurate data entry with integrity & accuracy - Maintain adequate documentation of internal processes and ensure compliance with internal guidelines - Ensure all files are maintained and readily available to support internal and external audits, HO inspections (on/offsite), ad hoc requests from HO and others - Interact with other departments on matters affecting or related to accounts within the portfolio - Support the Claims Managers in the delivery of an effective and efficient administration service including(where appropriate) the review and agreement of invoices and payments; and with the preparation of documentation to help the evaluation of specific claims - Monitoring of claims with open status exceeding the number of years according to the company guidelines - Ensure timely and accurate data entry and filing of SOA and claim documentation - Any ad-hoc duties assigned
