【 業務内容 】
- アジア・オセアニア地域の責任者(CRO)及びシンガポール支社長(GM)の日常業務や、担当地域の支店や子会社の管理に関する秘書業務全般サポート
- CRO/GMのスケジュール管理(会議・コンファレンス、その他ビジネス/個人的なアポイントメントなどの時間管理)
- 航空券、宿泊予約、空港送迎、ビザ書類作成、ビジネスミーティングのスケジュールに合わせた旅程計画などの出張サポート
- 支払処理、経費計算、会計システムによる支払準備、支払/受領取引の記録管理など
- 地域内外のビジネス行事やイベントに際しての交通、宿泊、レストランやオフィスの会議室予約など、事務およびロジスティクスのサポート
- 来賓の受け入れ、ビジネスランチ/ディナーの手配、その他関連するロジスティクスのサポート
- 社内外のステークホルダーとの良好な関係維持およびコミュニケーション
- 経営陣オフィスの備品などの管理
- CRO/GMの住居の維持管理。住居内不具合の管理、家事ヘルパーとの定期的な連絡など
- 機密書類や重要書類の記録管理など、マネジメントのための管理文書システムの管理サポート
- その他割り振られた業務

- 四大卒以上
- 5年以上の、エグゼクティブ層への秘書業務経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力(社内外で使用)
