    Our client is a Japanese entertainment/gaming company. They are hiring a Department Leader/Manager (Game Projects) (Confidential).

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Oversee the marketing and development of Trading Card Game (TCG) brands
    - Manage and motivate team members, ensuring that members work to their fullest potential and deliver their assigned tasks with the highest proficiency
    - Motivate and inspire team members, fostering a sense of collaboration and accountability
    - Set the team goals within the overall company's goals and objectives
    - Cooperate with the team members to plan and execute the brand strategies to achieve the desired goals
    - Manage the team’s budget
    - Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive projects forward

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    (Must)
    - Possess at least a Diploma in any field
    - At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management position lwith experience managing at least 3-4 members in a team.
    - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
    - Proactive with good decision-making skills
    - Excellent at schedule management and multitasking
    - Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    - Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
    - Open to travel overseas for business trips when required

    (Prefer)
    - Knowledge of trading card games
    - Public speaking skills
