• Job Description

  Our client, a distributor of marine and navigational equipment, is seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to join their dynamic team.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  
  - Oversee and manage the entire sales process, including quotations, order processing, invoicing, and delivery arrangements.
  - Follow up on sales inquiries and submit quotations to achieve sales targets.
  - Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  - Process customer orders and monitor payment schedules to ensure timely collection.
  - Coordinate with production teams at Japan HQ to align on delivery schedules.
  - Prepare and manage full sets of shipping documentation.
  - Liaise with freight forwarders to arrange and confirm shipping logistics.
  - Assist in preparing various sales reports and performance tracking.
  - Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
