This role is responsible in ensuring the smooth, timely, and accurate processing of expatriate payroll, billing, and associated HR administrative functions. Geographical Coverage:Primarily for Singapore, including group companies, and expatriate payroll management across six emerging markets (Bangladesh, Myanmar, Laos, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Pakistan).【 Responsibilities 】- Handle the end-to-end payroll process, including income tax, payroll provisions, and benefits reimbursements, for expatriate employees from Group Companies and emerging markets, with close guidance- Prepare and process intercompany billing and cost allocation for expatriate compensation, ensuring proper tracking and reconciliation across multiple entities and markets- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of expatriate employees, including employment contracts, personal details, assignment letters, and other relevant documentation via various HR systems and folders- Provides administrative support to the Remuneration team and assists with ad-hoc HR tasks or projects as needed to ensure smooth daily operations- Supports compliance with internal policies, tax, and audit requirements by preparing necessary documentation and reports related to expatriate payroll and benefits
