Our client is a real estate investment, development, and consulting firm. They are seeking an Admin Executive to support the organization’s administrative functions.【Responsibilities】- Create regular payment schedules (annually/monthly), request payments to accounting firms (twice a month), and support expatriates' expense reimbursements (monthly).- Prepare corporate tax documents and coordinate with accounting firms (twice a year), support personal income tax filings, handle GST submissions (four times a year), and draft financial reports for monthly budgets and quarterly consolidated packages.- Create service fee invoices and coordinate with headquarters (twice a year), manage fixed deposit bids with Japanese banks (quarterly), and support draw-down operations and loan interest billing (monthly/bi-annually).- Assist with audits, arrange postal documents, coordinate board/shareholder meetings, handle expatriate EP renewals, and manage contract renewals (company cars, corporate hotel agreements, etc.).- Assist with market research and document preparation for new development and investment projects.- Adhoc duties assigned by the Manager.
