    Our client is a Japanese Real Estate company. They are looking for an Accountant & Administrative Officer.

    You will be reporting to the Managing Director

    【What you will be working】
    - Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, collaborating closely with the HR consultant to ensure compliance with the Employment Act and taxation policies.
    - Handle monthly CPF contributions, tax clearance, and annual tax filing in collaboration with the HR consultant and Accountant.
    - Manage yearly AIS submission, and ECI filing, assist with corporate tax filing by liaising with tax agents, and support external auditors and headquarters’ auditors during the annual audit process.
    - Prepare invoicing, debit and credit notes, payments, issue cheques/telegraphic transfers (TT), and handle e-filing, bank reconciliation, and cash flow statements.
    - Oversee month-end accounts closing and maintain a full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL). Consolidate monthly Accounts - Receivable and Accounts Payable and ensure accurate bank reconciliation. Ensure the Accountant generates timely and accurate monthly financial statements.
    - Perform administrative duties related to HR matters and claims.
    - Maintain employee personnel files, including attendance and leave records.
    - Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee welfare processes.
    - Handle insurance and license renewals (Medical Insurance, Office Insurance, etc.).
    - Oversee daily office operations, ensuring IT system stability by managing IT subcontractors, and handling incoming/outgoing mail, pantry supplies, and miscellaneous office needs.
    -Take on ad hoc job duties, projects, and initiatives as required.

  • 应征条件

    【What they are looking for】
    (Must)
    - Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting and administrative roles.
    - Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax compliance, and accounting systems.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

    (Advantageous)
    - Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
    - Experience in managing IT systems and providing support for daily office operations.
