  Our client is a forklift and reach truck specialist based in Singapore. They are currently looking for a HR Executive.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Provide efficient support and good service standards in all HR functions and general administration to meet the company’s needs and department’s objectives
  -Uphold integrity and confidentiality of information and data security by ensuring strict compliance with PDPA requirements
  -Ensure sustainable employment benefits through prudent use of government grants where possible while meeting the expectations of employees
  -Ensure that recruitment & selection practices are undertaken following legislative & policy requirements for fair and non-discriminatory employment practices
  -Work with line managers to support their manpower needs and advice on HR policies and guidelines. Assist them to identify, recommend and co-ordinate training programs to support workforce development & skills upgrading
