    Our client is an MNC chemical trading company in Singapore. They are looking to expand the Accounting team, and currently hiring a Senior Officer to join their team!

    Reporting to: Senior Manager

    【Responsibilities】
    - Manage the day-to-day Accounting operations including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables, and Revenue Recognition for specific products/segments.
    - Assist in ensuring the closing of books within the timeline and reviewing any manual entries for adjustment.
    - Approval of workflows for payments after preparing disbursement slips in the system.
    - Prepare the internal monthly analysis report for the assigned products/segments.
    - Prepare manual invoice/debit notes when required
    - Assist in Audit (samplings)
    - Support as a team member, for cover of duty and any miscellaneous projects and tasks.

资格

  • 应征条件

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    (Must)
    - Possess Diploma/LCCI/CAT with 2 to 3 years of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables, and Revenue Recognition for products/segments.
    - Good communication in both English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin stakeholders is required
    - Proficiency with MS Office applications and SAP.
    - Strong analytical, meticulous, and multi-task skills, able to work well as a team member!
    - Able to join by February/March 2025 or earlier as this position is urgent

    <Advantageous>
    - Candidate from the Trading/Chemical/Petrochemicals industry is an advantage
    - Experience working in a Japanese company would be ideal
