    Our client is a global FMCG company specializing in baby and maternity products. They are seeking an Overseas Sales Executive with extensive experience in FMCG to explore and expand new opportunities in the APAC region.

    Reporting to: Managing Director or Regional Sales Manager.

    【Responsibilities】
    Farming: 80%, Hunting: 20%

    - Identify new overseas markets and business opportunities
    - Develop and manage good relationships with existing overseas distributors
    - Plan the Annual Sales & Profit budget for overseas distributors
    - Prepare & manage price list (quotation) with timely updates for overseas distributors
    - Manage and review the sales performance of overseas distributors
    - Provide support for promotional and marketing, including A&P planning
    - Work closely with overseas distributors to identify issues & take recovery actions
    - Create a marketing plan for new products for overseas markets working with overseas distributors
    - Provide monthly sales and stock forecast, Sales and profit analysis and reporting
    - Control & monitoring of sales budget, profit, payment
    - Provide support to the Regional Sales Manager

  • 应征条件

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    (Must)
    - Degree in Marketing, or related disciplines (Candidate with Diploma in Marketing and extensive experience in FMCG sales can be considered too!)
    - 5 years of relevant regional sales experience in the FMCG industry
    - Has experience managing overseas sales distributors in ASEAN/Africa/Middle East/Oceania
    - Good command of both written and spoken English to liaise with overseas sales distributors
    - Detail-oriented with strong business sense, aptitude, and passion for research, data analysis, and problem-solving.
    - Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SAP, or equivalent
    - Comfortable for regular overseas travel (1-2 a month) within the ASEAN, Africa, Middle East, and Oceania
    - Willing to work during weekends for events and fairs when required

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience working in a Japanese company
