船舶用の電子機器製造やナビゲーション、通信システムサービスなどを提供する外資系海運サービス企業にて、セールス・マネージャーを募集しております。シンガポール市場において既存顧客との関係を構築し、サポートいただきます。営業責任者の直属となります。シンガポールで2~3年勤めていただいた後は、日本でご勤務いただくポジションとなっております。
【 業務内容 】
- 顧客との定期的コミュニケーション、アフターサービスやテクニカルサポートの提供
- 顧客ニーズに応じた海洋航行システムや通信システムなどの製品やソリューションの営業活動
- スムーズな納品やサービスフォローを行い顧客との長期的な関係性構築
- 技術的な問題発生時にはエンジニアチームと協力して迅速な課題解決
- ニーズにマッチしていて正確、且つ競争力のある価格設定
- 予算ガイドラインを満たした上での経費管理
- 見積書の作成、顧客の発注へのフォローアップ、その他割り当てられた業務
- 顧客と社内エンジニア間のサービスマネージャーやサービスコーディネーターとの連携
- 営業責任者への報告業務
- ERPシステムから販売見積書と販売注文確認書を作成

They are currently seeking a Senior Sales Executive (Japanese Speaking) who will be responsible for assisting the company's customer accounts and delivering sales volume to meet sales growth targets. You will also establish and maintain strong relationships between major key accounts and the company to drive long-term business growth.
