    Our client is a Japanese company that provides a range of comprehensive financial products and services. They are currently hiring for a Sales & Client Account Support (Japanese Speaking)

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Preparing customized sales support material for each AE and client (e.g., offer sheets, P/L calculation sheets)
    - Supporting documentation (e.g., preparing account opening forms & related forms, SOWs, incoming fund and remittance transactions)
    - Preparing reports for Tokyo, HK, and related entities (monthly/weekly reports, EMC materials, ad-hoc reports as assigned)
    - Managing the CRM system, including enhancement and troubleshooting
    - Providing secretarial and administrative support to the WCS team
    - Supporting the team in ad-hoc tasks as assigned
    - Providing buddy support to cover team members’ absences

  • 応募条件

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Bachelor degree or relevant professional qualifications
    - At least 2 years of working experience in secretarial and administrative support role, preferably in the private wealth / banking
    ‐ Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or above) in listening, writing, and speaking to effectively liaise with the Japan headquarters

    (Advantageous)
    - Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Powerpoint.
    - Organised, reliable, able to multi-task and work under pressure
    - Resourceful, meticulous, positive working attitude, result and service oriented
    - Team player with excellent people and communication skills
