    Our client is a global Japanese company that specializes in high-tech materials and components. They are looking to hire a Sales Admin Assistant to join the Electronics department.

    Division: Electronics
    Reporting to: Manager

    【Responsibilities】
    - Assist and prepare the sales order and payment documents (e.g. order processing, verifying payment, delivery orders).
    - Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
    - Perform data entry and maintenance of the database.
    - Maintain and update sales records and ensure files are backed up.
    - Assist in new IMS (Inventory Management System) Implementation.
    - Provide administrative support to the sales team.
    - Assist in monthly sales closing.
    - Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Superior.

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    (Must)
    - Min. Higher NITEC/Diploma in Business or relevant discipline
    - At least 1-2 years of experience in data entry or sales coordinator role within the Trading or Manufacturing industry
    - Inexperienced candidates with Diplomas and relevant internships that involve data entry can be considered too!
    - Highly proficient and fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin stakeholders
    - Proficient in MS Office Suite
    - Comfortable with a heavy load of data entry, and 100% interest in assisting sales orders and team
    - Able to join within 1 month or earlier

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience working in a Japanese company
    - Experience working in the Electronics industry

    - Completion Bonus: ½ month salary upon completion of contract
    - Annual Leave: 14 days (Pro-rate based on the contract length)
