  Our client, a leading IT company specializing in customized services like helpdesk and office support, is seeking a dedicated L2 Application Production Support professional. The primary objective of this role is to provide efficient application support on the Boomi platform, along with other application systems, ensuring enhanced customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution, minimizing escalations to L3, and managing client production data migrations and production database administration.
  
  This position will be based on-site at the bank's office.
  
  【What will you be working on】
  - Support the transition of systems using Boomi to manage the iPaaS solution.
  - Monitor and manage IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  - Handle incident identification, recording, classification, and resolution efficiently.
  - Conduct root cause analysis of recurring incidents and work on preventing future occurrences.
  - Manage the entire change lifecycle, from submission to approval and successful implementation.
  - Address IT service requests from users and ensure prompt and accurate resolution.
  - Plan, schedule, and coordinate software releases and deployments to ensure smooth execution with minimal risk.
  - Monitor system capacity to ensure current and future demands are met without performance issues.
  - Maintain a centralized knowledge base, capturing operational insights, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
  - Regularly assess service performance to identify areas for improvement.
  - Oversee utility infrastructure, ensuring efficient operation of all services such as network connectivity, power supply, and backup systems.
