They are looking for a Senior Project Quantity Surveyor urgently.【Responsibilities】- Prepare cost estimates and budget proposals for new tenders and projects.- Develop, review, and ensure compliance with tendering and contract policies in line with industry best practices.- Liaise and negotiate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on project requirements and costing matters.- Collaborate closely with the tender team to support timely and accurate tender submissions.- Evaluate quotations and manage variation orders (VO), including escalation claims, abortive works, quantity take-offs, and final account settlement.【Scope of Work】- Conduct estimation and quantity take-offs- Source quotations and prepare detailed cost comparisons- Prepare cost breakdowns and rationalize rates- Compile and submit tender documentation- Maintain and update cost data library- Handle contract administration- Prepare and submit progress claims- Manage variation order documentation- Prepare and finalize project accounts
