Our client is a Japanese eyewear retail brand with strong growth across Southeast Asia and a growing presence in Singapore.As part of its continued expansion, the company is seeking a motivated professional Retail Business Development & Operation Manager to join the regional expansion team. This role provides meaningful exposure to business development activities and the opportunity to grow into a future leadership position.You will report directly to the Managing Director.【 Responsibilities 】1) Retail Expansion & Store Development- Support retail store expansion initiatives in Singapore and the region- Identify and evaluate suitable commercial properties for new store openings- Engage landlords and developers, including arranging meetings and supporting negotiations- Support end-to-end lease negotiations and contract execution processes2) Back-Office & Administrative Management- Support back-office functions related to store expansion, including rent and cost calculations- Assist in administrative coordination, such as tracking staff overtime and incentive payments- Support communication and coordination between headquarters and local operations3) Leadership & Development Exposure- Be part of the core regional expansion team supporting business growth- This role is structured as a development pathway, providing progressive exposure and responsibilities to support long-term career growth into a leadership role within the region

They are seeking a data-driven and customer-centric CRM Executive (Retail Loyalty & FMCG – Singapore Market) to support the development and execution of membership and loyalty campaigns for the Singapore retail market. This role will focus on driving member acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation through targeted CRM strategies and marketing automation initiatives.【 Responsibilities 】- Assist in developing, executing, and optimising membership-related campaigns and automations to achieve CRM KPIs (e.g. acquisition, retention, repeat purchases, reactivation).- Strategically curate and deliver engaging, channel-appropriate content across EDM, SMS, and other CRM channels.- Manage campaign segmentation and support end-to-end campaign execution, including requirement gathering, data extraction, deployment, communications, and performance tracking.- Track, measure, and report campaign performance; design and conduct A/B testing (e.g. subject lines, SMS copy, send timing, frequency) to improve results.- Provide timely analysis and actionable insights to enhance CRM effectiveness.- Collaborate closely with company stakeholders to maximise CRM platform capabilities and enhance personalised, dynamic customer communications.- Work cross-functionally with internal departments to resolve membership-related feedback and complaints.- Support ad-hoc CRM initiatives and projects as assigned.
