Job Description
Our client is a well-established global financial group with a strong presence across the Asia-Pacific region. They are seeking a Vice President, Strategic Investment to support long-term investment initiatives. The Singapore office plays a key strategic role in building scalable business platforms, with a focus beyond traditional financial sponsor investing.【 Responsibilities 】- Conduct strategic fit assessments and initial screening of investment opportunities- Build detailed financial models, projections, and valuation analyses- Prepare high-quality Investment Committee materials and senior management reports- Work closely with HQ on due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and execution- Lead or support end-to-end transaction processes, including closing- Drive post-investment monitoring and value creation initiatives (PMI)- Identify synergies across group platforms and support business-building initiatives- Maintain strong market intelligence and develop regional networks
