Develop & Prototype Solutions- Build proof-of-concepts using low-code tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath) or Python- Design end-to-end automation (e.g., AI data extraction → RPA execution)3. Design & Implement RPA Workflows- Develop bots for tasks such as data entry, reporting, and system integration- Ensure smooth integration with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Dynamics 365)4. Integrate AI with Automation- Configure and apply AI/ML models (e.g., NLP, predictive analytics)- Embed AI APIs into RPA workflows for intelligent automation5. Monitor, Optimize & Improve- Track performance (accuracy, success rate, time saved)- Refine models, workflows, and automation logic based on feedback6. Documentation & User Support- Create user guides and training materials- Support users and troubleshoot automation issues7. Reporting & Innovation- Prepare reports on performance, ROI, and improvements- Stay updated on AI and RPA trends and recommend new solutions
