This role focuses on enabling successful device ramp, sustaining high production efficiency (OEE), and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective technical support and problem resolution.You will also support pre-sales activities, application consultation, and customer requirement analysis, working closely with internal teams and customers to deliver optimal test solutions.Reporting to: Manager【Responsibilities】- Provide application consultation to customers on test program development, conversion, and optimization.- Develop test modules and libraries, and perform test program conversion.- Support device ramp-up activities and ensure smooth transition into high-volume production.- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including correlation failures, low yield, and program-related challenges.- Deliver application training sessions and technical workshops to customers.- Support pre-sales activities, including requirement analysis and technical discussions.- Understand customer needs and work closely with them to ensure high levels of satisfaction and operational success.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction and strengthening the company's position as the preferred testing platform.Reporting to: Manager【Responsibilities】- Manage projects involving the development, conversion, and delivery of test programs and test libraries based on customer requirements- Provide technical consultation and support on hardware and software solutions for customer projects and production needs- Deliver post-sales support, including test methodology development, enhancements, and modifications- Recommend improvements for test hardware/software features and conduct audits where necessary- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues such as correlation discrepancies, test time optimization, yield issues, RTE errors, and system hang-ups- Conduct application training, knowledge transfer, and skill development sessions for customers
