Customer & Stakeholder Engagement- Act as the primary management interface for key customers on application and operational matters.- Build and maintain trusted customer relationships to support long-term platform adoption and preference.- Gather and represent customer feedback internally to influence support strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.- Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, and R&D teams to ensure aligned and effective customer support.E.
