Our client, a leading energy and infrastructure company, seeks an experienced General Manager (Internal Audit) to lead and strengthen their internal audit functions across the region.This role involves ensuring effective internal controls, robust risk management processes, and compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies. You will oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of audits to senior management and the Board of Directors while collaborating with global and external audit teams. The position covers operations in Asia and group companies across Asian and Middle Eastern countries, reporting directly to the CEO.【Responsibilities】- Plan and execute internal audits (Operation, Compliance, Financial etc.)- Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.- Assess the company’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.- Review Financial statements and financial risk with supporting documentation.- Identify and investigate potentially fraudulent activities or financial irregularities.- Review Information security and general risk management (Politics, Accidents etc.).- Identify risk areas and recommend solutions to mitigate risk and improve the operation.- Prepare and present audit reports to the CEO and BOD members of Asia- Collaborate with the Internal Audit department of HQ as a member of the Global Audit team.- Collaborate with external auditors during statutory audits.- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and remedial actions.- Strengthen the internal audit function and its process.- Establish the audit committee.- Lead the internal audit team as a head of function after new members join the team.

Our client, a Japanese company specializing in water solutions, is seeking a Site and Commissioning Senior Engineer to join their team.【Responsibilities】- Manage testing and commissioning of water and wastewater facilities, both onshore and offshore (e.g., FPSO).- Lead the development and execution of commissioning and startup plans.- Develop written procedures for testing, cleaning, and initial startup of major plant equipment and systems.- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors for the startup of completed systems.- Provide training programs and materials for process plant equipment.- Document the commissioning process, including commissioning data, as-built documentation, input to O&M manuals, and feedback to design disciplines.- Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.- Recognize the importance of satisfying customer needs to achieve organizational objectives.- Contribute to the acquisition, storage, and application of business and technical knowledge.- Prioritize health and safety in all tasks, ensuring a safe working environment for all.- Report safety issues responsibly and participate in improving practices.- Engage in continuous professional development through networking, conferences, and industry groups to stay updated on changes and innovations.- Develop both personally and technically to enhance professional capabilities.- Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach to work while providing open and honest feedback.- Attend progress and commissioning meetings.- Compile commissioning documentation and deliverables.
