Our client, a Japanese company specializing in water solutions, is seeking a Site and Commissioning Senior Engineer to join their team.【Responsibilities】- Manage testing and commissioning of water and wastewater facilities, both onshore and offshore (e.g., FPSO).- Lead the development and execution of commissioning and startup plans.- Develop written procedures for testing, cleaning, and initial startup of major plant equipment and systems.- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors for the startup of completed systems.- Provide training programs and materials for process plant equipment.- Document the commissioning process, including commissioning data, as-built documentation, input to O&M manuals, and feedback to design disciplines.- Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.- Recognize the importance of satisfying customer needs to achieve organizational objectives.- Contribute to the acquisition, storage, and application of business and technical knowledge.- Prioritize health and safety in all tasks, ensuring a safe working environment for all.- Report safety issues responsibly and participate in improving practices.- Engage in continuous professional development through networking, conferences, and industry groups to stay updated on changes and innovations.- Develop both personally and technically to enhance professional capabilities.- Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach to work while providing open and honest feedback.- Attend progress and commissioning meetings.- Compile commissioning documentation and deliverables.

The Business Executive will manage order operations for HAQT, ensuring processing, shipment turnover, project timelines, cost, quality, and delivery while providing high-quality service, addressing customer needs, mitigating risks, generating reports, and supporting office management and communication.【 Responsibilities 】- Oversee order processing, including delivery/shipping document preparation, invoicing, and project control.- Serve as the control point for document submission and archiving for each project.- Ensure timely execution of orders per customer requirements while managing costs and delivery.- Communicate order changes, non-conformance issues, and delivery updates to customers.- Assist in monthly cost planning and revenue recognition.- Track project gross margins (GMs), manage change orders and monitor projects at risk of delay or cancellation.- Prepare the Monthly Project Status Review Report for project meetings.- Advise on customer terms and approval risks in accordance with business policies.- Handle document preparation for letter of credit negotiations.- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery and prioritization decisions.- Document, monitor, and audit internal controls.- Follow up on payments for assigned projects.

Our client, a Japanese company specializing in water solutions, is seeking an E&I Engineer to join their team.Reporting to: Engineering Manager【Responsibilities】- Ensure E&I technical and performance meet the project specification, budget, and stakeholders' expectations.- Liaise with all stakeholders for technical reviews and clarifications- Ascertain all E&I engineering deliverables. - Oversee E&I change orders and meet the delivery lead time and stakeholder expectation. - Implement the technical specifications to the project deliverables. - Manage all E&I vendors and review vendors’ quotations- Conduct FAT/SAT and equipment troubleshooting - Prepare instrument data sheets and instrument list - Coordinate E&I design with other engineering disciplines.- Perform E&I engineering designs, calculations, and preparing bills of materials- Design all E&I panels based on national, international standards and/or project specifications.- Identify E&I equipment and components to procure.- Oversee the construction, installation, testing, and commission activities.- Perform any other duties commensurate with the role
