Our client, a leading energy and infrastructure company, is seeking an experienced ICT General Manager to lead their Asia ICT Regional Hub. The role involves overseeing all aspects of ICT, including strategy development, planning, investment and cost management, information security, ICT architecture, outsourcing, project management, service and asset management, and user support. You will be responsible for ensuring enterprise-level ICT operations align with the headquarters’ policy requirements and building a strong team structure to support these functions. This position reports to the Chief Administrative Officer.【Responsibilities】- Collaborate with the CIO and relevant HQ departments to align group strategies, IT governance, and security policies with the Asia region, while contributing to the development of the regional ICT structure as head of the Asia ICT Regional Hub. Prepare and submit periodic ICT reports to the CIO in fluent English.- Establish, implement, and manage ICT strategic planning, including compliance with reorganization efforts across the Asia region, in coordination with HQ and regional group companies.- Develop, implement, and manage various ICT policies and regulations covering investment, total cost of ownership (TCO), security, architecture, vendor management, project management, ICT services, and fixed assets.- Lead the development, maintenance, and operation of corporate and business applications, including SAP implementations in accounting and office automation solutions such as data intelligence and digital signature systems.- Serve as the ICT service manager, utilizing the ServiceNow platform to support users across the Asia region, handle incidents and requests, and deliver high-quality ICT security education.- Oversee team structure, personnel management, and career development as the General Manager of ICT, fostering a high-performing and engaged team.
