They are seeking an Accounting & Finance Senior/Assistant Manager (Japanese Speaking) who can manage Post-Merger Integration (PMI) after Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).【Responsibilities】- Manage the full set of accounts and supervise financial reporting processes.- Perform financial analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial information.- Oversee financial planning and ensure effective credit line management.- Manage cash flow and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.- Review financial statements and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.- Oversee bookkeeping accounts managed by outsourced accountants and assist in annual audits.- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports to Headquarters in Japan for consolidated accounting purposes.- Manage the company’s budget preparation and report on variances from the established budget, providing reasons for those variances.- Analyze financial performance against key business metrics.- Establish and maintain internal policies and procedures.
