They are looking to dispatch someone to work in their subsidiary, a leading engineering company in Singapore that offers solutions in Facilities Management, Fire Safety and Security, Industrial Automation, and Home Automation Systems. They are seeking an Accounting & Finance Senior/Assistant Manager (Japanese Speaking) who can manage Post-Merger Integration (PMI) after Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).【Responsibilities】- Manage the full set of accounts and supervise financial reporting processes.- Perform financial analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial information.- Oversee financial planning and ensure effective credit line management.- Manage cash flow and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.- Review financial statements and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.- Oversee bookkeeping accounts managed by outsourced accountants and assist in annual audits.- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports to Headquarters in Japan for consolidated accounting purposes.- Manage the company’s budget preparation and report on variances from the established budget, providing reasons for those variances.- Analyze financial performance against key business metrics.- Establish and maintain internal policies and procedures.

This role involves hunting for new sales opportunities, offering consultations, and delivering tailored solutions to clients.Reporting to: Sales Manager【Responsibilities】- Identify and cultivate potential customers, then facilitate the sales process from identified potential to implemented sale/contract. - Update the latest market information and documents in the Salesforce system - Contribute to the identification and business development of new and potential Customers - Act as marketer/salesperson/spoke person of company's products and systems. - Ensure that payments from the Customer are received in accordance with the terms of the contract to avoid past-due notices. - Ensure that the sales proposals submitted are followed up and agreements are signed when appropriate and that they are in accordance with established requirements, terms & conditions, and the company's legal compliance. - Fulfill the expected number of customer visits as agreed and ensure that the customer database is constantly updated. - Ensure that deliveries of products (goods and services) are implemented on time. - Organize and coordinate post-sales marketing activities to ensure customer satisfaction. - Manage the area/ industrial which has been assigned
