    Our client is a leading Japanese IT consulting firm, renowned for delivering comprehensive and innovative technology solutions. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced SAP Manager (SD/MM) to strengthen their team and support a wide range of regional and global SAP projects.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP project lifecycles – from design and configuration to testing and post-go-live support.
    - Assess and recommend SAP solutions based on project scope and resolve open design issues.
    - Analyze and solve complex business problems through in-depth evaluation of variable data and processes.
    - Perform detailed configuration of SAP SD/MM, documenting rationale and aligning with business needs.
    - Draft and maintain Functional Specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (RICEF).
    - Develop and update Master Data Standards to ensure alignment with SAP processes.
    - Lead tasks across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring timely and quality delivery.
    - Support data migration and testing activities throughout the project.
    - Follow best practices in SAP implementation methodologies and ITIL processes.
    - Collaborate closely with business and technical teams, ensuring seamless integration of SD/MM with other SAP modules.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Bachelor’s degree in any field
    - Over 8 years of experience in an SAP environment
    - Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the consulting industry
    - Participated in at least 3–4 full-cycle SAP SD/MM implementation projects (within a consulting environment)
    - Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD/MM configuration and operations
    - Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese (minimum JLPT N1 level) is essential for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients
    - Confident in business-level communication and presenting to MNC clients
    - Practical experience in testing support, data migration, and drafting functional specifications for RICEF objects
    - Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements in a consulting setting
    - Comfortable working under tight deadlines and handling ad-hoc or short-notice tasks

    (Advantageous)
    - Willingness and ability to learn and deliver additional SAP modules
    - Experience with SAP SD/MM integration with other SAP modules
