    Our client, a leading Japanese IT consulting firm, is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP ERP implementation projects and collaborate with top-tier clients in Singapore.


    【Responsibilities】
    - Lead SAP ERP implementation projects, ensuring seamless end-to-end execution.
    - Engage with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, tailored solutions.
    - Manage the full project lifecycle, including data gathering, user requirements analysis, project design, implementation, and post-go-live support.
    - Identify and resolve complex business challenges, leveraging in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
    - Facilitate clear communication between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and project success.
    - Collaborate with the regional Center of Excellence (COE) to implement best practices and optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Bachelor’s degree in any field.
    - Minimum 8 years of SAP ERP experience in a consulting environment.
    - Strong communication skills with proficiency in both English and Japanese (JLPT N1) to liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and clients.
    - Hands-on techno-functional experience, collaborating closely with client teams in customer-facing roles.
    - Extensive functional and/or technical expertise across all SAP ERP modules within the Singapore consulting landscape, spanning various industries.
    - Certification and expertise in full-scope SAP ERP modules – SD, MM, FI, CO, PP, with SAC.
    - Strong proficiency in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, and Technical & Functional Solution Design.
    - In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP implementation processes.
    - Flexibility to work across different delivery landscapes, including Agile Application Development, Support, and Deployment.
    - Responsible for software-specific design, realisation, testing, deployment, and release management, strongly focusing on testing and training methodologies.
