• Job Description

  Our client is a Japanese construction company. They are seeking a Land Surveyor responsible for conducting accurate site surveys, collecting spatial data, and providing essential measurement and layout information to support construction activities.
  
  This position reports to the Steel Structure Project Manager.
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Conduct land and site measurements using specialized surveying equipment and techniques.
  - Determine property boundaries and prepare surface and contour maps.
  - Analyze survey data using GIS and CAD tools to produce accurate drawings and topographic plans.
  - Prepare detailed survey reports, including calculations, legal descriptions, and data analysis.
  - Ensure all survey work complies with legal standards, zoning regulations, and safety protocols.
  - Collaborate with engineers, architects, project managers, and contractors throughout project phases.
  - Identify and mitigate potential workplace risks.
  - Manage and execute multiple survey assignments as required by project timelines.
