Job Description
Our client, an established global trading firm, is seeking qualified applicants for a Senior HR Coordinator. This role is responsible in ensuring the smooth, timely, and accurate processing of expatriate payroll, billing, and associated HR administrative functions.
Geographical Coverage:
Primarily for Singapore, including group companies, and expatriate payroll management across six emerging markets (Bangladesh, Myanmar, Laos, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Pakistan).
【 Responsibilities 】
- Handle the end-to-end payroll process, including income tax, payroll provisions, and benefits reimbursements, for expatriate employees from Group Companies and emerging markets, with close guidance
- Prepare and process intercompany billing and cost allocation for expatriate compensation, ensuring proper tracking and reconciliation across multiple entities and markets
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of expatriate employees, including employment contracts, personal details, assignment letters, and other relevant documentation via various HR systems and folders
- Provides administrative support to the Remuneration team and assists with ad-hoc HR tasks or projects as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
- Supports compliance with internal policies, tax, and audit requirements by preparing necessary documentation and reports related to expatriate payroll and benefits

(Must)
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- More than 2 years of experience in payroll processing and expatriate support duties
- Strong in Microsoft Excel, meticulous, and great detail and accuracy in handling numbers and documentation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Able to take on projects when required
- Comfortable with contract role
(Preference)
- Experience working in MNCs/Japanese companies
- Excellent knowledge of HRIS
- Ability to join on short noticeEnglish Level
