    Our client is a reputable Japanese ship management company in the shipping industry. They are currently looking for a Procurement Executive (Ship Manager) to join their team.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Supporting the vessel manager in purchasing spare parts & consumables for ships
    - Responsible for document control (e.g. maintaining a list of periodic reporting due from the vessel)
    - Keeping record of the technical operating costs, Verification of Invoices and DAs
    - Arranging and coordinating logistics for supplies and service arrangements for ship
    - Assist in arranging routine vessel repairs
    - Assist the Technical Superintendent with the daily operations of the vessels

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Diploma or higher in any field
    - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent, or in a similar role within the Marine Industry (e.g., ship management, ship-owning company, or purchasing department handling vessels on international voyages)
