  • Job Description

    Our client is a global FMCG company specializing in baby and maternity products. They are seeking urgently for a Senior HR Executive/Assistant Manager.

    You will report directly to the Managing Director & CEO.

    【 Responsibilities 】

    1) HR Operations & Compliance
    - Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, payroll administration, employee benefits, training, and performance management.
    - Ensure compliance with employment legislation and statutory requirements by maintaining HR policies, the employee handbook, and company policies.
    - Prepare and manage employment-related documentation, including offer letters, contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.

    2) Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
    - Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job interviews, salary negotiations, and job offers.
    - Maintain and update job descriptions and the organizational chart.

    3) Payroll & Compensation
    - Process monthly payroll, CPF submissions, and payroll reporting.
    - Submit staff income details to IRAS for auto-inclusion and handle IR21 tax clearance for departing foreign employees.
    - Administer annual salary increments and performance bonus payouts in line with the performance appraisal cycle.

    4) Employee Benefits & Welfare
    - Manage employee benefits, including leave administration and government-paid claims (childcare, maternity, paternity, NS makeup).
    - Oversee medical claims and employee insurance, including Group Hospitalization, Personal Accident, Group Term Life, Workmen Injury Compensation, and health screening packages.
    - Plan and organize company welfare events such as incentive trips, team-building activities, annual dinners, and employee gatherings.

    5) Training & Performance Management
    - Identify and recommend relevant training programs and conduct training evaluations.
    - Manage the performance appraisal cycle, including annual KPI setting and mid-year reviews.

    6) Budgeting & Audits
    - Assist in preparing the HR budget, monitor expenses, and forecast costs.
    - Prepare documents for government surveys, salary reports, and annual audits (ISO, JSOX, and accounting audits).
    - Employee Engagement & Communication
    - Implement engagement activities and propose initiatives to improve employee satisfaction.
    - Conduct the annual Regional Employee Opinion Survey, analyze data, and support action plan development.
    - Organize and lead quarterly regional HR meetings for knowledge sharing and internal discussions.

    7) Administrative & Expatriate Support
    - Manage company-leased vehicle contracts and expatriate accommodation tenancy renewals.
    - Handle any other ad hoc HR-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Minimum Diploma holder in Human Resources Management
    - 3-5 years of experience in full-spectrum HR, including recruitment, payroll administration, employee benefits, training, and performance management.
    - Strong hands-on experience in HR operations and comfortable working in a sole contributor role independently
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in HR budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
    - Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulatory guidelines, and all levels of work pass & employment pass requirements.
    - Working experience with Sage Easypay or any other HR software
    - Ability to join within 1 month notice or shorter

    - Experience working in an FMCG/Japanese company is a plus!
    - Available immediately will be prioritized
