Job Description
Our client, a wholly-owned subsidiary of a leading chemical manufacturer, specializes in the marketing and consulting of water treatment membranes. They are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Engineer to manage and expand their range of membrane products (RO, NF, UF & MBR) across the region.
This position reports directly to the General Manager/Sales Manager.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the market presence of water treatment membranes.
- Engage with customers, including end users, consulting engineers, OEMs, government officials, and other stakeholders, to promote products and services.
- Gather and provide market insights on key commercial and competitive factors affecting the company.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales activities as required.
- Achieve assigned annual sales targets.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers.
- Perform preliminary troubleshooting at customer sites or as requested.
- Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirement
【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of Sales/Business Development/Channel Sales experience in the water treatment and environmental industry (such as membrane products, water pumps, etc.)
- Candidates with strong experience (3-5 years) in Application/Process/Proposal Engineer within Water Treatment/Membrane products, and keen to do sales are welcome!
- Knowledge and experience with at least one type of membrane product (RO, UF, MBR, or NF)
- Willingness to travel within Southeast Asian countries (1-2 times a month)

- Strong experience with membrane products
- Experience working in a Japanese company
- Experience handling regional teamEnglish Level
