• Job Description

  Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in Mechanical Engineering within the construction industry. In this role, you will support the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager to ensure the successful and smooth execution of the project.
  
  This position reports to the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager.
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Perform technical calculations required for selecting equipment such as fans.
  - Review technical calculations provided by manufacturers and customers.
  - Conduct prior consultations with manufacturers regarding equipment drawing preparation and provide drawing instructions.
  - Check equipment production drawings for compliance with contract specifications.
  - Review drawings and instruct BIM operators in creating digital models.
  - Monitor material delivery schedules, and order deadlines, and follow up with suppliers.
  - Track construction progress and propose/implement improvements in case of delays.
  - Prepare construction manuals and equipment delivery plans, including verification.
  - Participate in meetings, coordinate with other departments, and oversee team members.
