  • Job Description

    Our client, a Japanese chemical manufacturer, is seeking an HR Executive or Junior HR Executive to join their team as a contract staff member. The contract is valid until December 31, 2025, and based on business needs and performance, it may be renewed or converted to a permanent position.

    Reporting to: Manager/Director

    【Responsibilities】
    1) Primary Tasks
    - Handle daily HR duties, including employee recruitment, work pass applications, payroll, compensation, and employee benefits.
    - Manage and allocate employee schedules for qualification renewals, training, and health checkups.
    - Coordinate with external consulting and recruiting agencies for HR-related functions.
    - Maintain data integrity in the HR system.

    2) Other Tasks
    - Collaborate with superiors and Directors to establish and enhance HR systems and policies.
    - Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements.
    - Cover daily HR duties in the absence of other HR staff or subordinates.
    - Execute additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Management related
    - Inexperienced candidates with HR internships are welcome!
    - 1-2 years of HR experience as an HR Executive or Recruitment Consultant can also be considered.
    - Excellent communication in both English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin stakeholders
    - Comfortable with working outside working hours when required

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience handling payroll will be preferred
    - Experience working in a Japanese company
